PUGACHEV SERVICE LLC ("Pugachev," "we," "us") provides Pugachev Luxury Lifestyle Management services. This policy explains how personal information is handled when you visit pugachevservice.com, use the Pugachev application, request our services, contact our team, or use the Pugachev LifeStyle account-verification messaging program.

Information we process

Account and contact information: your name, email address, phone number, and information you provide when registering or contacting us.
Service requests: booking dates, destinations, selected services, preferences, and the information you provide to arrange a rental or other requested service.
Verification information: account-verification requests and results, and identity or eligibility information you submit when it is requested for a particular service.
Communications: messages, support requests, and information you choose to send through our chat, email, or other contact channels.
Technical information: IP address, browser or device information, pages requested, and access or security records generated when our services are used.
Messaging records: the mobile number used for verification, your messaging request or consent, delivery information, and opt-out records.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, or unnecessary sensitive information to our support team.

How we use information

We use information to provide and protect accounts; review and arrange requested services; manage bookings and related communications; answer support requests; deliver requested verification codes; prevent fraud and misuse; and meet applicable legal obligations. The information needed depends on the service you choose. A request for an account-verification code does not enroll you in marketing messages.

SMS and RCS verification

The Pugachev LifeStyle Account Verification program delivers one-time passcodes for login and account security by SMS or RCS when you request verification using your mobile number. We process your number and the request, consent, delivery, and opt-out information needed to operate this program. Twilio and telecommunications providers process the information necessary to route and deliver these messages. Message frequency depends on your verification requests. Messaging consent is protected

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS/RCS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from the other sharing categories described in this policy. They may be disclosed only to aggregators and providers that help deliver our text messages, solely as necessary to provide that service. We do not buy third-party messaging consent.

When information is shared

We may provide the information necessary to hosting, technical support, communications, and other service providers that help operate our services, and to rental or service partners where needed to fulfill the service you request. We may disclose information when required by applicable law or a valid legal request, or where necessary to protect safety, prevent fraud, or establish or defend legal rights. Information may also be transferred as part of a business reorganization, subject to applicable protections and this policy. These categories do not authorize sharing messaging consent for third-party marketing.

Cookies and external resources

Our website uses cookies and similar browser technologies to operate the site and maintain functionality. It also loads Google Fonts and an embedded YouTube player; those providers may receive technical information such as your IP address when their resources load. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking them may affect functionality. Links to app stores and other external websites lead to services governed by their own privacy policies. This legal page does not load third-party fonts, video players, or analytics scripts.

Retention and security

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing an account or requested service, resolving issues, maintaining necessary business records, preventing misuse, and meeting applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and the circumstances; backups and provider records may follow separate retention cycles. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Certain records may need to be retained for legal obligations, security, or unresolved transactions. You can manage device notification permissions in your device settings and stop verification text messages by replying STOP. Deleting an account does not itself cancel a separately agreed booking or contract.

Children and international processing

Our services are intended for people who can lawfully request and use the offered services, and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it. Our services and providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live; applicable privacy rules and protections may differ.
