These Terms of Use govern your use of pugachevservice.com, the Pugachev application, and the Pugachev LifeStyle account-verification messaging program provided by PUGACHEV SERVICE LLC ("Pugachev," "we," "us"). Use our services only if you can lawfully do so. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Accounts and responsible use
Provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date. Keep your login credentials and verification codes confidential, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not impersonate another person, use another person's phone number without authorization, submit fraudulent requests, distribute harmful content, interfere with security, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts.
Service requests and bookings
Our website and application help you explore and request cars, accommodation, yachts, aviation, and related lifestyle services. Availability, eligibility, prices, and service conditions depend on the selected service and location. A submitted inquiry or request is not, by itself, a confirmed booking. Any rental, charter, accommodation, or other service is subject to its confirmed booking details and any separate agreement presented for that service. That agreement governs its charges, deposits, eligibility requirements, cancellations, refunds, and responsibilities. These website terms do not replace those agreements.
Website content and external services
The Pugachev name, website design, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may use the website and application for their intended personal or authorized business purposes. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit our content without permission. Links to app stores, videos, and other external services are provided for convenience. Their operators are responsible for their services, which are subject to their own terms.
